Beth Justus, Piazza Travel

Beth Justus joined students to talk about what it’s like to visit new places and experience new sights and sounds as an international traveler.

“From the time I stepped foot off the plane, 28 students were there to meet me. My heart was touched,” said Justus. “Students ran up to me and hugged me. They were saying ‘we so happy to see you.’ It was a wonderful welcome, and quite memorable.”

Justus, who works as a travel agent in San Diego, California, encouraged students to start thinking about unique aspects of Cambodian culture and how their country’s rich history is being shared with more and more tourists each year. Afterwards, Justus and a group of students continued the conversation about different people, places and cultures over dinner.
