I came to Palm Tree Foundation because I don’t have parents to support me to study. I want to study hospitality because I want to have a good job and to complete my dream. When I was young, I wanted to become a manager of a restaurant. I like to study hospitality, especially about how to treat customers, and how to set the table, pour the water, and carry the tray. My favorite part of hospitality class is when we visited the hotels. My favorite hotels that I visited are the Raffles hotels in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap because they have good service and have nice rooms. My favorite person that came to speak is Robbie Fritz because he teach very good and teach about how to find a job.

I want to go to Sala Bai Hotel School to study how to be a waiter because I want to have a good job to support my family and myself. In the future I want to become a manager of a restaurant. It is important to have hospitality class because this subject can help all the students have a good job in the future.
