I came to Palm Tree Foundation because my parents are divorced and they have no ability to pay for my brother and sisters to study. I have been studying about hospitality for six months. I like to study hospitality because I love this subject so much and I want to have a good job in hospitality because I like to communicate with foreigner. In hospitality class I learn about restaurant service, cooking, room design, developing a hotel, hospitality vocabulary, types of hotels, finance and tour hotels. My favorite part about the hospitality class is when we visit the hotels and learn how to be a good waitress. I also liked cooking school and studying finance such as hotel occupancy with Erik Cortez and Kevin Scelfo. My favorite hotels that I visited is Raffles hotels in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh because this hotel have a good service and the staff are very nice and have good rooms and especially have a nice hotel that is very interesting. My favorite person who came to speak was Miranda Cooper and Anne Marous. They taught me about how to solve the problem with the customers when the customers have problem with the hotel.

I want to go to Sala Bai Hotel School because I want to have a good job for support myself and my family and especially for complete my dream to become a manager of a hotel. At Sala Bai Hotel School I want to study about restaurant because this can make my dream come true and give me experience as waitress. I think the hospitality class can help all the students have a good job in the future.
