Barbara Lang

Since graduating from Cornell University in 1978, Barbara has had a varied career that includes having been a Napa Valley winery culinary director, Cornell Hotel School lecturer, career advisor, restaurant owner, and founder of The Etiquette Factor. Barbara focuses her efforts with EGBOK Mission on engaging the alumni in professional development, preparing selected students for Semester At Sea and creating and implementing the Distinguished Speaker Series.

Barbara has a Master of Professional Studies in Food Marketing from Cornell University’s School of Agriculture and Life Sciences and Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. Barbara resides in Dryden just outside of Ithaca, New York.
